Chicago Swim School has been making waves since 2005 and is seeking a part time Marketing Lead to drive our marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels, working up to 20 hours per week. Chicago Swim School has a fast paced environment that provides exceptional service for students and parents. We are people who love kids, teaching kids to love swimming!

The Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role involves managing a team of marketing professionals, overseeing multi-channel campaigns, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to create impactful marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure cohesive messaging and successful execution. 

We WANT YOU to be the Marketing Lead at Chicago Swim School. A swimming background is not required.

Responsibilities Include:
* Identify, develop, and evaluate existing and emerging marketing platforms and avenues.
* Determine and effectively execute a monthly marketing budget to maximize ROI.
* Craft consistent messaging to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
* Coordinate website design, updates, and messaging for peak lead generation.
* Strong social media experience and presence.
* Determine community events for participation which provide the maximum brand exposure and engagement and ROI.
* Coordinate all community organization sponsorships and involvement.
* Track and follow-up with event participants.
* Cover at least 1 manager on duty shift per week.

What You Must Have:
* 2 years relevant work experience
* Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
* Demonstrate ability to quickly collect information, analyze, and summarize for Senior Leadership Team.
* Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills.
* Excellent technology skills, pick up quickly on new software and know Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word and Excel.
* Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Willing to travel between locations in Mokena and Arlington Heights.
* Pass a background check.
